How Doctagd handles intellectual property rights and infringement complaints.

Doctagd respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Doctagd is a product operated by Project Paced Ltd.


1. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to upload, process, generate, store, or distribute:

  • templates
  • spreadsheets
  • generated documents
  • logos
  • copyrighted materials
  • confidential materials
  • third-party content

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Doctagd to:

  • infringe copyright
  • violate trademark rights
  • misuse confidential materials
  • distribute unauthorised content
  • process materials you lack rights to use

3. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content processed through Doctagd infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice including:

  • identification of the copyrighted work
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material
  • your contact information
  • a statement of good-faith belief
  • a statement made under penalty of perjury where applicable

4. Enforcement

We may investigate complaints and may:

  • remove content
  • disable access
  • suspend accounts
  • revoke API access
  • take other appropriate action

5. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement claims.
