Acceptable Use Policy

The activities permitted and prohibited when using Doctagd. Supplements the Terms of Service.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of Doctagd.

Doctagd is a product operated by Project Paced Ltd.


1. Purpose

This AUP is intended to help protect:

  • users
  • infrastructure
  • generated documents
  • integrations
  • APIs
  • third parties
  • operational reliability

You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with this policy. This AUP supplements the Terms of Service.


2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Doctagd to:

  • violate laws or regulations
  • infringe intellectual property rights
  • upload malware or harmful code
  • distribute spam or phishing content
  • impersonate individuals or organisations
  • generate fraudulent or deceptive documents
  • process unlawful or stolen data
  • bypass security or authentication systems
  • interfere with the Service or infrastructure
  • abuse APIs or integrations
  • overload systems or infrastructure
  • scrape or reverse engineer the Service beyond lawful rights
  • circumvent quotas, rate limits, or billing controls

3. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or process content that:

  • is unlawful
  • infringes rights
  • contains malware
  • facilitates fraud
  • promotes abuse or harassment
  • violates sanctions or export controls
  • contains material you do not have rights to use

4. Sensitive Data

Unless explicitly authorised in writing, you must not use the Service for:

  • classified information
  • payment card data
  • protected health information
  • biometric identifiers
  • highly regulated government data

You remain responsible for determining whether the Service is appropriate for your use case.


5. API and Automation Usage

You must not:

  • share API keys insecurely
  • expose credentials publicly
  • abuse rate limits
  • create excessive automated load
  • attempt unauthorised access
  • interfere with Service reliability

You are responsible for all activity performed using your API keys or integrations.


6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations.

We may take actions including:

  • blocking requests
  • suspending accounts
  • revoking API keys
  • restricting access
  • removing content
  • reporting activity where legally required

Enforcement may occur automatically or manually.


7. Updates

We may update this AUP periodically.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated versions.
